Props are incorporated into each class to allow improved SAFETY and performance with appropriate technique .
You will learn proper body alignment and spinal neutral with all Yoga sequence to ensure you are maximizing the therapeutic effects of yoga and minimizing your risk of suffering from an injury through body awareness and trunk stabilization.

At TST we can help you to get started with the Yoga practice by developing a personalized sequences that is unique to your Dosha and Guna. We can help you understand your needs, so you can safely attend public Yoga classes and prevent any injuries that can occur in your Yoga practice.
At TST we can provide guidance and develop a sequence with modifications that you can safely perform, if pain or recent injury has moved you away from the Yoga practice. We can help you return back to your space on the mat with comfort and confidence. We provide individualized assessment to optimize your practice.
