At TST we will help you to get started with the Wellness practice by developing a personalized sequences that is unique to your individual needs. We will help you understand your baseline, so you can safely attend any public wellness/High Intensity Training and prevent injuries that may occur due to inappropriate training.
If pain or recent injury has moved you away from the fitness/Yoga practice. We will help you return back to your space/training/gym or the mat with comfort and confidence.
You will be able to take this knowledge, postures and apply it to your lifestyle and challenges that everyday life has to offer.
